Most Fresh meals are high-protein, low-carb meals. We set out to create meals that would support multiple fitness lifestyles and dietary needs. While Chris and Heidi are huge supporters of Carb Cycling (alternating between high carb/low fat and low carb/high fat meals), our Fresh meals also support other low carb/high fat diets like Atkins and Keto. Dietary fats offer incredible health benefits such as hormone balance, joint lubrication and brain/nervous system nourishment. In addition, fats slow digestion and send a powerful \'full\' signal to the brain, keeping us feeling satiated for a long time and preventing overeating. While Fresh does have meals that are higher in fat content for the reasons listed above, Fresh also offers meals that are lower in fat content. Our meals are designed to be refrigerated and then eaten for optimal flavor and freshness; however, you can absolutely freeze and then reheat our dishes. After freezing, simply thaw your meal in the refrigerator and follow original heating instructions.
Our meals are designed to be reheated in the microwave; however you can reheat using your microwave or oven. If you’re microwaving, you don’t need to puncture the film or do anything to it; simply put the package into the microwave and follow the heating instructions on the label. Our trays are oven safe, so if you prefer to use an oven, that’s great, too. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the paper sleeve from the exterior of the tray. Peel the plastic film away from tray and discard. Place the tray in the oven. Heat for 20 minutes, checking frequently, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. PRODUCT IS HOT; HANDLE WITH CARE.

We offer 4, 7 and 14-meal plans. If you choose the 4-meal plan, each meal is $12.49; for the 7-meal plan, each meal is $10.99; and, for the 14-meal plan, each meal is $9.99. Each meal plan is designed to help you achieve and stick with your fitness goals.
All Fresh meals and ingredients were approved by Chris and Heidi, and they added sodium to some meals solely to create the most flavorful meal for you, since our special packing technology doesn’t require it. Their stance on sodium is that is absolutely necessary in any balanced diet, but it is important to keep consumption under 2,500mg daily for the best results (well under the American average of 4,300mg daily). So even if you were to eat three Fresh meals a day at 500mg to 550mg per meal, you would still be well under their recommended sodium guidelines.
You can update your meal preferences by clicking the green “login” box on the upper right corner of our website and logging in. Once you’ve logged in to your account, click the green “Account” button in the top right corner. To increase or decrease the number of meals you receive per week, click the “Meal Plan” tab and select the plan that fits your needs best. To change the number and type of each meal you will receive, click the “Meals” tab. The meals you’re currently receiving will be indicated with the quantity of each below the picture of each meal. Before adding meals, be sure to click the “-“ on your current selections to make space for your new selections. Adjust the number of each meal you’d like to receive by clicking the green “-“ or “+” buttons below each meal.
